Celebrating Ewe & You's 7th Year!

Hello Fiber Friends! September promises to be a month full of fiber fun!!! It's our 7th Yarniversary! We have been serving Windsor and its surrounding towns with yarn, goodies, events, and community for 7 years! It's been the biggest blessing to me to have shared it with you, and I look forward to many more fiber-filled years! Fun fact, the 7th anniversary is the anniversary of copper and wool!

So let's CELEBRATE the best way we know how... with a Yarn Party of course!!!! But first a quick stop down memory lane....

SEPTEMBER 13th is the YARN Party!!! We will have Silver Key Stitches and KnittenWord with us all day from 10am to 3pm!!!!

Joanna from Silver Key Stitches is dyeing a NEW Special colorway for the party and we have paired it with one of Lauren at KnittenWords' yarns to create an exclusive shawl pattern written by Pat and aptly named Wooliversary.

The pattern will be Free that day when you purchase the yarn to make it.

It is going to be a day you won't want to miss, fiber, fun, a raffle, and probably cake too!!!!

Do be aware, parking may be limited as there is also an event on the Town Green that day. It is the Eco-Monarch Festival.

Things Happening at Luppoleto Brewery...

This month, Knit Night is on the 11th! The Food Truck is Hog Tied BBQ! They have some candied bacon that is to die for... Anyway, come hungry, make stuff, drink beer (or whatever), and have fun with us!!! It is always a good time and sometimes even productive! We meet starting at 6:30pm.

The needle felting project for this month is this silly duck wearing a hat. Needle felting is scheduled for September 27th at 6:30 pm. The link is not available yet, but will be soon. You can contact Luppoleto to sign up. The food truck that night is King of Pearl.

Needle Felting dates for October and November are as follows: 10/11 and 11/22 in case you are planning ahead.

September 14th is our Open Sunday for September.

We will be OPEN Sunday the 14th from 11am to 4pm.

We will continue having 1 Open Sunday a month through December. Please check this newsletter or the shop for dates.

It's beginning to look a lot like fall! That means NEW YARN is EVERYWHERE!!!!

This week, we have received 6 New Lines of yarn. It really is everywhere! I have no idea where it is all going to go! Come in and check it out, buy some so I don't have to put it all away!

Oh, and it's only 112 days til Christmas...

If you are looking for something a bit different, we have just the thing. We have special kits for a blanket KAL or CAL from West Yorkshire Spinners. Each week, starting in October, you get the next part of the blanket, and by the end of the month, you have a fabulous blanket to gift or keep! I have a limited supply of these available.
