As we welcome 2026 into the shop, you may notice some changes taking place. We are currently working to prepare for the Semi- Anual Clearance Sale! Beginning next week, January 13th, and lasting for 4 weeks, there will be yarn all over the shop marked down. Shop early for the best selection, and once this sale ends, that yarn will be gone FOREVER! We need to make room for New Spring Yarn! There's plenty of other stuff going on in the shop for you too, read on friends...
Classes
I get asked about classes all the time. In general, most classes are one-on-one, by appointment. I see mostly beginners during these times. Please keep in mind that it does not need to be the case. If you have a project that has you stumped or there is a technique you want to learn, please let me know. I have taught classes on everything from short rows to socks. I can even help with navigating Ravelry if you'd like. These types of classes are $25 per hour.
This month, on January 17th from 3 to 5 pm, I will be hosting a group class. We will be making a simple shawl that teaches a few different techniques. This class will include 3 skeins of Plymouth Galway. The cost is $50 per person. Please call the shop to sign up as space is limited.
I plan to have at least one group class session a month from now on.
 This month at Luppoletto Brewery:Knit Night is January 8th, and the food truck will be Hog Tied BBQ! Needle felting will be on the 24th at 6:30 pm. This month, we will be making a dapper little groundhog! Currently, no food truck is scheduled, but there are other food options in the plaza. Monthly Youth Night!
We are all about community here at Ewe & You and that includes all my creative kids! I have noticed an increase in the amount of young people learning to knit and crochet, and I love it. So starting on the 3rd Thursday of January the 15th, and every 3rd Thursday of the month, from 4 to 7pm will be youth night! Anyone 18 and under will have the "yarn lounge" to enjoy. It will be a fun way to make new friends, inspire each other and relax with out homework or adults. I hope you will join us!!!
There will not be an Open Sunday in January. This will resume in February. The KAL and CAL projects will also resume in February. If there is a particular thing you'd suggest we make, please let us know.
