Store Policies


Our usual method of shipping is via Priority Mail at the USPS. As of 9/1/23 there will be a $10 fee added to all shipped orders, any shipping that is more than the flat rate will be paid as a courtesy by Ewe & You. This rate is for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA or would like to discuss this charge, please contact me directly.


No Cash or Credit Card returns, only Store Credit will be issued. Returns or exchanges are limited to 30 days after purchase with a receipt. Yarn must be unused, unwound and still have original packaging.

No returns on printed material such as books or patterns.
No returns on tools such as needles, hooks, notions, bags, etc
No returns on Sale Items or Kits.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 


Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
